I have enjoyed a creative journey of teaching art and design to many. My skills set is varied but no matter what media I choose to use I am focused on the process and enjoyment that is required to create art.
I then love to translate and share my knowledge of art history, help with a design process and then share techniques. My role as the creative tutor is to inspire and facilitate individual creativity and enjoyment of art & design. This is my passion.
My work as an artist is often my own work is inspired by the natural world, in particular the beach and the energy that the sea provides. I also like to work with making the ordinary of everyday extraordinary. I like to use the narrative of peoples life experiences, their words, objects that have special meaning to the individual and the connection we can feel by sharing with others and bridging gaps between generations.
